Let Us Celebrate You
Ribbon-cuttings are designed to help promote a business or organization that is new or celebrating a special anniversary. These businesses and organizations must be Chamber members to receive promotion from the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce. These events provide our membership with a great opportunity to meet and support these new or long-standing businesses.
We offer two types of ribbon-cuttings: Grand Opening/Re-Opening Ribbon-Cuttings (for businesses that have moved to a new location) & Anniversary Ribbon-Cuttings. For both types, the Chamber coordinates attendance with local and county government officials, provides the ribbon and big scissors, publicizes the event in our monthly and weekly newsletters, newspaper, and through an event press release when possible.
Our Anniversary Ribbon-Cuttings are for businesses celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, and 75 years of business in Page County. These events provide another chance for outreach and publicity of our members as a thank you for their hard work and dedication to the community during their years of business.
